Sound Support: We’re Open With Safe Options to Serve You!
In these unprecedented times, your safety and hearing wellness are top of mind. We are open for business and committed to serving your hearing care needs, with options designed to ensure your health and security.
INCREASED PRECAUTIONS - WEAR A MASK
Patients must wear their own mask to in-office appointments.
Count on us for protocols and practices to protect our patients’ and team’s health and safety, including frequent cleaning of our facility, modified lobby seating arrangements, altered patient flow, and use of personal protective equipment.
MOBILE WAITING ROOM
We are seeing patients by appointment only. Please call us at (317) 793-6358 when you arrive in our parking lot. We will advise you when it’s safe to come up to our office for your appointment with your Audiologist. We are staggering appointments, and only one patient/companion are allowed in our office lobby at a time.
For routine clean and check appointments included for our Patients for Life, we prefer to assist you curbside at this point. Call us when you arrive in our parking lot for your scheduled clean and check appointment. A team member will come out to you to get your devices (in a sealed zip-lock bag please), your Audiologist will service them, and we will deliver them back to you in your vehicle, curbside.
CURBSIDE SUPPLY/BATTERY DELIVERY
If you need supplies like domes, wax filters, Dri-Briks or hearing device batteries, we ask that you call ahead to place your order and schedule a curbside pick-up time. Call us when you arrive in our parking lot. A team member will come out to deliver them to you in your vehicle, curbside.
Need hearing aid batteries, wax guards, or other supplies? We can also ship them right to your door for added convenience and peace of mind.
Call us to arrange phone-based follow-up visits or troubleshooting assistance. Some hearing devices even allow for remote adjustments through a compatible smartphone and app — ask us how.
