  • Replacement of your hearing instruments if they are lost
  • Repair or replacement if your devices are accidentally damaged
  • Accidental damage refers to unintentional physical damage, while gradual deterioration and standard electronic failure may be addressed under your manufacturer’s warranty. If your instruments are replaced, we’ll inform you about new coverage for your replacement devices.
