Shelby Richardson

Shelby Richardson is a dedicated patient care coordinator at Professional Hearing Services, committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient. With a background in social work and customer service, she brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to her role and enjoys being part of a team that helps improve quality of life through better hearing.

Shelby earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Indianapolis, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, advocacy, and personalized support. Her professional experience allows her to seamlessly guide patients through their visits, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Shelby enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially at her family’s lake house during the summer. She also loves traveling, attending concerts, and relaxing with her family dog. A dedicated sports fan, she enjoys cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Chicago Cubs whenever she can.
