Erin O’Connor is a committed and compassionate audiology assistant on the Professional Hearing Services team. Honoring a strong legacy of service — her mom, Suzanne O’Connor, Au.D., is the practice owner and a trusted Doctor of Audiology — Erin is very passionate about continuing her mother’s high standards for patient care.

Erin’s background includes a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and experience in interior design and education. Erin initially filled a part-time role while she was still teaching, and enjoyed audiology so much she stayed on full time. She likes helping behind the scenes, allowing our dedicated audiologists more opportunities to focus on patients.

When not helping people along their better-hearing journeys, Erin cherishes spending quality moments with friends and family. You might find her enjoying cookouts; getting in a fun game of golf; or taking weekend road trips to various state parks in Indiana to hike, kayak, paddleboard, and explore new areas with her dog.
