Sydney Higgins is a warm and welcoming patient care coordinator on the Professional Hearing Services team. Passionate about uplifting the community around her, she values the opportunities the hearing care field provides for helping improve others’ lives.

Sydney’s accomplished background includes a Bachelor of Science in community health from Indiana University Bloomington. She has worked in a senior living facility and brings compassion and a strong sense of customer service to everything she does.

In her spare time, Sydney enjoys being creative and active. She recently started ballet in addition to weightlifting at the gym. You might also find her singing to her favorite musicals; playing with her Chihuahua, Socko; hanging out with friends; or visiting family in South Bend.
